In respect of the Planning Conditions are advised: 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 and 13 are compliance or PD conditions and do not require discharging. 5, 6, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16 and 17 have been discharged. 10 is to be discharged on commencement of construction.
